Re: How did you discover HC? More people will find us through Google searches. We've been showing up on the second and third page of Google for a while now. Let me note that we only show up on the second or third page of Google search results on English Google sites. Non-English sites have different results. We've not been on the English Hikikomori Wikipedia page since last year. It's not necessary to be on there. The link was only needed when HC was a young site.

Re: How did you discover HC? I could put it up, but it would be taken down. Some people on Wikipedia think that outbound links should only be informational. Support forums and the like are taken down, even though I've seen lots of them for Aspergers sites and other health-related pages. To take a link down to a medical-related site on Wikipedia is like saying "you can learn about your disorder, but you can't get help for it". It's not like HC is a spam site. It's of interest to people, and is relevant to the Wikipedia article. By the way, it's not only me who's added links to Wikipedia. Links to HC have been appearing everywhere.

Re: How did you discover HC? I decided to join after a month or two of hikikomori research.I decided it would be easier to see if I fitted in with a bunch of hikikomori and then decide if I belonged in the group from there.
