 Re: What makes you feel better when you're really depressed? anything that distracts me from what i'm upset about. including music (preferably loud), movies, books and random things i discover on the internet. not to mention simply daydreaming about something else

Re: What makes you feel better when you're really depressed? Food is one of the best cures for my depression. Food and music. I don't get emotionally attached to music to the extent where what I listen to is dependent on my mood, so I can hear anything and feel better. I get sucked into songs easily.
Hugs from awesome friends. Never get those, though! Well, William hugs me from time to time.
