Probably my favourite Tarkovsky film. Glad you liked it.

Perfectly paced and beautifully subtle. Loved it.

A really stylish thriller that I've been trying to watch for some time now but kept putting it off. The ending felt a bit lackluster but overall 7/10.

Ninja Assassin. One of the worst ninja movies I've seen, but it was alright. 6/10

The Night Listener

I found it quite interesting, nothing much really happens in it, but it managed to hold my attention well enough.

Earlier I watched 'Five Easy Pieces' starring Jack Nicholson. I quite enjoyed it. The End.

Black Dynamite

I really quite liked it, although it got very silly towards the end. As a blaxploitation spoof it did a good job and certainly made fun of all the cliches that are in them.

Fun and enjoyable, if not entirely meaningful. Image

I was surprised that I didn't like it. I just felt really uninterested, after about 20 minutes I decided to start up my laptop so I could keep watching, but be doing other things at the same time. I did like the end though.

Sanjuro, by Akira Kurosawa.

Supposedly a bit of a cash-in, tacked on to the success of Yojimbo, but it doesn't really play that way for me. I enjoyed it - possibly more so than its predecessor.

Trekkies 2

I didn't even know there was a sequel until I saw it on the tv guide. This time around it was looking at Trekkies from around the world, as well as checking back with some of the big characters from the first documentary.
You know that geeky kid, Gabriel? Yeah, well he's got a job designing ship interiors... or something, and also he has a hot ass wife. I'm not sure whether to feel envious or glad, cause if he can do it, there's hope for all of us.

Anyway it was good enough, not as enjoyable as the first one but still worth watching if you liked Trekkies.

Adam.

To be honest the only reason I was interested in it was because I wanted to see how someone with Aspergers Syndrome would be portrayed. On that level I found it quite interesting, how it effected his relationship with the girl and stuff.

I just watched the last of the 7 Kara no Kyoukai - Garden of Sinners movies. And then I watched this since it's just 10 min and I've literally had it for years but never watched it. Lovely :smile

The fifth Kara no Kyoukai is soo good. None of the movies are bad, but that one stood out to me particularly.

It is, but so is the rest of the movies *_* So beautiful, so intense, so twisted. Though 5 really was particularly incredible.
Yet it reminds me of the fact that i still somehow have to find the part of the katana I broke off my shiki statue accidently and fix it >_< Where is it? Where where where ;_;

I tried to watch Jacob's Ladder... I didn't manage to finish it so I'm not sure if it counts but... that's the best I can at the moment.

That's an odd coincidence. I just watched that yesterday. I liked it less than I expected to.
