Seems dodgy to me.

Well I want things not in english. Just wondering how the quality will be. If it will be better that keyhole tv. And I really wish it would record but it doesn't.

It seems kind of scammy. You can get many of these channels from Livestation and similar programs for free. The quality on Livestation is pretty decent, and much, much better than Keyhole.
