About Miki Falls back when i found him on youtube advertising it i wanted to read it. The problem is I really dont have the money to spend on the manga so i was looking for it online but I guess since its in english they dont have it on the web :/

I'm glad you liked it. I liked it a lot as well. It is an extremely unique manga.

I just started reading Variante.

not too big into manga anymore, but I did find this one comic that's pretty interesting. It's called Teppu and it's about this tall, arrogant girl who's good at everything she does. She grows bored with sports and everything else, but then meets this new girl who tries to get her to join her newly established MMA club. Her cheerful expression and utter enthusiasm pisses the main character off and wants to spar with her as a chance to beat her up. Only for it to blow up in her face.

what I like most about this is that it's not done in some cliched way where the women are large breasted sex objects or always second to the males. They're strong, and very capable at the profession they chose. It's a good look at the struggle that women go through in a sport like MMA.




keep reading, it's get better and better with each page. Truth be told, it's one of the few titles that's ever left me hanging at the edge of my seat.

I heard about Goodnight Punpun and I really like the author's style so I will start reading that when I get the time to.

I've also got around to starting Welcome To The NHK! recently. I've read the book, then watched the show. The show seemed really watered down and made everyone seem pretty well adjusted as opposed to how they really are in the book. I heard the manga goes mor ein depth with the characters and further proves that Misaki

i used to read a lot of manga. Don't really have the drive or interest to go through as much as i used to. The only one i'm keeping up with is Naruto.

Tempted to check out Welcome to The NHK! since so many of you have expressed interest in it.

I'm reading Great Teacher Onizuka (not that far into it so I don't have too much of an opinion on it) and Liar Game (great series besides Fukunaga).

None... I'm manga deprived... The last few I checked out were "Shamo", "Dorohedoro", and "Soul Eater". While I really love the first two, Soul was treadin' down all-too-fimiliar manga territory for me.

I read up to volume 11 of "Homunculus". They don't have the last four volumes of it translated in English, which sucks cause I always seem to get into manga that they stop translating.

But anyway, I'm off to trepanning my skull now. Maybe I'll finish the storyfor myself by doing so.

awww nigga hell no. i read that manga thinking it finished after the eleventh one, since theres no real cliffhanger at the end, while still being very loose and leaving many questions unsolved. i can remeber not being really satisfied with that ending, and now, like a year later, i know why. feels kind of bad man.

still reading 20th century boys. shit is long, but keeps you hooked like hell.

I am planning to read that next. I liked Monster, so I will probably enjoy that as well.
