I think about this question every day. How sad is that? .

If I were to die right now...

A few months ago, I would say something like "Sorry, but I live without any regrets!" ... But now it's difficult.
I wanted to do so many things I never did. I never visited a KFC (for real!) or had a really strong bond with someone I really loved. Nor do I know how to love... I hadn't written a full book and got it published nor do I play any instrument perfectly. I also never learned how to live on my own.

... If death could wait for a while...?!

My life was pretty much a waste. If time's up, then so be it. I guess at least there'd be fewer people to mourn me than if I'd been successful or had a family or anything.

Eh, go for it, man. My short time on this ball of fast moving dirt won't affect the Universe in anyway so I might as well not exist. What's the point? All of this is just going to be dust one day.

I suppose I'm pretty neutral about it.

Just as there's nothing I own, that I wouldn't be able to throw away if I had to, there's nothing I'll really regret not having done when I die.

That doesn't mean, that there aren't many things I'd like to do someday, just that I can be content and satisfied without having done or experienced them.

My life is pretty pleasant right now. It could be a lot better, true, but it's already been so much worse than it is now, that I can appreciate my present situation.

I like who I am today, and all the things that happened to me, and all the decisions I've made so far helped to shape my character, thus, even if it wasn't all good, I cannot really regret them.

So I think if I knew I had to die tomorrow (as in: the world's going to end), I could probably make my peace with that , but if I had a realistic chance of survival, I'd fight for it.

My life's worth preserving because it's MINE and it's the only one I have.

Everything else in between, I'm starting to learn is completely trivial. Yes, that's an extremely depressing realization, but I can't deny the truth even if it hurts like Hell. I'd rather live in a shit-filled reality than a bullshit fantasy. Wouldn't you?

I would have mixed feelings. I have had some good memories and accomplishments, a lot of disappointments, and I guess I can be proud like Skilpadde that I stood my ground. I'm stubborn and have always tried my own way, even if it didn't work out.

I haven't accomplished anything in my life, but I think I would be satisfied if I were to suddenly die. I don't really have anything to live for anyway.

I'd be disappointed that I couldn't inform anyone of my death and hope that my gf would at least post on FB so people'd find out. Then I'd think about what I'll miss out on in terms of video games, music, events in the world etc Then wonder if my skepticism will land me in hell or respect from God for using the brain he gave me after all just in terms of his existence.

I would be full of regret, there are so many milestones that I was unable to accomplish....

I would wish that I'd had the chance to graduate, start college, travel, love, make a difference in something, and just experience everything else that this world has to offer.
I'd feel like I could have done more with my life.

I haven't yet lived a life.
