 One Channel What is your favourite tv channel? Let's say you're kidnapped and locked in a small room with a tv a la Oldboy, and you were told you can only choose one channel which you'll be able to watch for the rest of your life, which do you choose?
It's a tough choice for me, but I think I'd probably go for Channel 4. Amid all the hundreds of different channels I watch, I probably watch channel 4 the most. It's got a good mix of shows, comedy, decent documentaries, the occasional big US drama. What's not to like. I might struggle in the daytime though, since I can't bare Come Dine With Me, and that seems to be the only show it airs before 6pm somedays.
SO WHAT ABOUT YOU GUYZ?

Re: One Channel I like channel 4 as well. It doesn't have all those ridiculous antiques shows during the day time. But it also doesn't have Eastenders.

Re: One Channel I'd probably choose the Discovery Channel because other than that I don't get any good channels. I rarely watch television though so I'd be fine with sitting and thinking.

Re: One Channel Well, I don't watch much TV, but if I had to pick just one channel it would be National Geographic Channel. That's the channel I watch most - I love their documentaries.

Comedy Central... probably.
but Speed and VH1classic. are close behind.
