Juror Misconduct Admissible - West Memphis 3 Trial
Juror Misconduct Evidence Admissible in the December 5, 2011 evidentiary hearing.
I heard on the news tonight, there's supposed to be more about this. Basically, it boils down to: Jury misconduct the original judge didn't care about and/or encouraged. New judge says "Bitch, please".
I should write article headlines.
"JUDGE SAYS "BITCH PLEASE" MORE ON PAGE 5A"
A bit more on this in case no one's ever heard of it. Three boys were arrested and two sentenced to life and one to death for the murders of three young boys. Over the last 18 years it's become more and more evident that "some shit ain't right, son". Witnesses and experts have been determined to be perjurers or frauds, evidence has been deemed as inconclusive or faked, and even the confession (that sentenced one person to death, despite the fact it was SUPPOSED to be inadmissible in that trial... jurors decided otherwise) has been, at times, deemed unconstitutional after it was revealed that the 12 hour confession that damned all 3 was coerced from a 17 year old with an IQ of 72.
However, no one liked these boys and this happened in Hicksville, USA. So no one gave a shit until HBO did a documentary in the 90s, then sometime last year Johnny Depp swaggered onto a set after a long, hard night of slamming teenage girls and drinking Jaegerbombs.
I feel pretty strongly about it because this all happened in my backyard and I've been keeping track of this since I was a wee schoolboy.
