Your best bet would be to get a job as a security guard posted at a remote rural location, which I have done by the way. I wasn't always posted to these types of locations, just sometimes. Like construction sites or power transformers (people like to steal tools or material to sell to recyclers). Can you imagine going a ten hour shift and not having to talk to anyone? There's your answer.

I wonder what sort of folk tend to go for Road Work. I hear they get rather good pay so long as they don't splat via passing armored chariots. Would need a lot of sunblock.

Night watchman at a graveyard...I like that idea but would prefer something that gives some sort of chance at meeting females, preferably the breathing kind (and human, no cats please). Any others?

I second (third?) working as an archivist. I have a summer job at an archive and I'm mostly working on my own scanning and filing documents and putting labels on boxes. I do have to talk with others sometimes and ask things, but that's work related and I find that easier than small talk. The best thing to do is having to return files to the old part of the archive down in the cellar. There's no one else there, really relaxing. It's a pretty good job for a recluse.

Online selling, you can work from home all the time and if you know what you are doing you can make a lot of money, downside dealing with people can be very annoying, specially when they chose to local pickup the item :mad

server renting, my favorite.. get the equipment, look for a contract and watch how electricity turns into money.. lol
perfect job for a hiki :pirate :thumbsup
