 Tavel, meditation, trance music.... Maybe not the best title but here are some songs I like to put on when trying astral projection, meditation, trance, or entering altered states of consciousness....
Please post any other suggestions.
I love these videos by enigma, they remind me of my perception of the lower astral plane...
They are best listened to with your eyes closed in my opinion in the dark while resting but still good videos and songs....

Re: Tavel, meditation, trance music.... When I do mantra meditation, I either listen to a CD that has the sound of the ocean's waves breaking on a shore or I listen to something by Steven Halpern, like the following:
