 Re: How's your sleep?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyphasic_sleepI thought of this as I've read your posts. Considering the article, it should be possible to sleep only 2h a day, only if you do it right.

 Re: How's your sleep?
It's not been great, I wasn't too bad last night/ today, but the two nights before that I went to bed at midnight, so I only got around 6 hours sleep, and felt really bad and couldn't think/ function properly at school.

 Re: How's your sleep?
I've had to force myself to improve my sleep because of full University weeks; currently I have no off-days so I'm in bed at 12 / 1 and up for 8 / 9 - which sucks because I'm used to going to bed around 3 / 4. Looking forward to doing that again when I do eventually get off-days though!

 Re: How's your sleep?
I am getting some seriously awkward dreams as of late. This is anywhere from my professors at school referring to me as 'Soulless' rather than my irl name to getting slaughtered horribly by Slenderman and enjoying every moment of my death.

 Re: How's your sleep?
I've also been having awkward dreams lately - I had a dream that someone on my Computing course called me an idiot, and suddenly everyone on my course thought the same and I couldn't reply to defend myself or retaliate to them. 'Idiot' is such a tame insult as well, but it somehow really got to me and I felt really awful when I woke up. It was horrible.

 Re: How's your sleep?
I think I automatically do something like Polyphasic sleep. I can't sleep longer than 30 minutes so I end up taking a lot of naps during the day rather than getting a good night's rest. My father was like that too.

 Re: How's your sleep?
i'm really enjoying my sleepy time lately, or maybe i'm enjoying the rest of the time less. either way, i wish i could spend more time in bed.
the sleep itself is not entirely sound: i wake up at least twice every night and drink some milk or smoke part of a cigarette. but that's ok, because i get to experience falling asleep several times.

 Re: How's your sleep?
This is a bit funny and a bit worrying: I'm quite sleep deprived every day now and I've been going to sleep pretty late every night and waking up fairly early. My limbs keep twitching out of fatigue I think (to keep themselves awake). In class yesterday, I sort of nodded off and them my upper body spazzed out a little to wake up. I was mortified, but tried to pretend it was just me moving .

5 hours of sleep then i woke up and slept for another 3 hours. it's wacky, as i'm still trying to get used to waking up early.

 Re: How's your sleep?
I wish I could sleep for a month. When I wake up everything would seem fresh and new, unlike the cold, grey, dead world I see now. I haven't had a good night's sleep for a long time.

 Re: How's your sleep?
Same here. Altough more correct would be to say that my sleeping is really really chaotic.

 Re: How's your sleep?
No, I've just been sleeping 4-6 hours a night, because school and my need for personal solace get in the way.
