Re: Apartment Fees of course there should be some limit on insurance, but the easiest people that get scammed would be people who just retired or are senior citizens they tend to sign anything

Re: Apartment Fees It's a fine dining restaurant, that, it seems, serves few customers very expensive meals; so it shouldn't be that bad. It's not a KFC or anything. And, no, it's not required. I did read the renter's contract.

Re: Apartment Fees  Well then it is up to you friend. I have a policy, anything I spend more than $200 on gets an insurance policy. I would rather have it and not need it.  the again I guess I also have a lot of easily replaceable stuff.
