I painted it ("Claw-crested Audiopod"); no fore-planning involved, just dipped my brush into the puke-colored sludge that is my subconscious mind and that was what it dredged up.

i chose my avatar because its one of the few that actually makes the joker look strong. and also because i have dreams where i am him sometimes, he is somewhat of a role model.

My current avatar is the Abstract Daddy monster from Silent Hill 2. I started using it as a creepy Halloween icon, but I've kept it because I like it and I feel like symbolically it's fairly appropriate for me.

I was getting annoyed at myself because I couldn't find an avatar that I was satisfied with for more than a day after I ran out of pictures from Re-Animator (I used up the internet -.-). I like this one too so I intend to stick with it awhile so everybody doesn't have to keep readjusting.

When I was looking I had an idea of using a patterned one and in the back of my mind what you had said about the damask print was still lurking. This one leaped out at me from the page.
