Typically, the loss of human life is a reason to call 911, but one woman called the emergency services after she was told that a Fort Pierce, Florida McDonald’s had run out of chicken McNuggets.
Latreasa L. Goodman paid for her 10-piece MACK NUGGETS and what did they say from the drive-thru?
They were out of the delicacy.
“This is an emergency, If I would have known they didn’t have McNuggets, I wouldn’t have given my money, and now she wants to give me a McDouble, but I don’t want one,” Latreasa L. Goodman later told police. “This is an emergency.”
The woman, 27, was slapped with a misuse of 911 charge, according to records. What she was most upset about was that she didn’t get a refund.
They attempted to force her to get a MACK DOUBLE. No Bueno.
“I called 911 because I couldn’t get a refund, and I wanted my McNuggets,” Goodman told police.
The workers at Mickey D’s tried to pacify the woman, but she got more irate and then foolishly dialed 911.
She called again.
And again.
Goodman called three times and then she was told that a cop was on the way.
Little did she know, that cop was coming to charge her with a crime, not provide her with some McSolace.
