Sweet holy FONEternal, !!!, I can't post anything properly with your avatar flashing itself at me. It's both horrific and....and..... mesmerizing. It's like watching a strip show staring Danny DeVito.
I'll post my folder later.

 Re: Post Your Music Folder
If I had the space, I'd have a lot more stuff. I only have about 130 gigs of music. All but one of my albums is FLAC (i.e. - lossless).

Hats off to you Syppress. That's an awesome amount of music. I could count on one hand the amount I've listened to personally as well.

 Re: Post Your Music Folder
Yeah. I don't have a lot. I have lots of English and Spanish music on an external, but I hardly listen to it anymore. My search for good French music that isn't rap or old isn't going so well.

 Re: Post Your Music Folder
I've heard quite a few people complain about iTunes. I myself have never used it though. Not sure if there are good Mac alternatives for it, but for Windows there's obviously Foobar2000 which is fantastic.

I'm used to it, don't have any particular problems with it, and realllly can't be bothered sorting out a changeover

 Re: Post Your Music Folder
Arrrghhhhhh iTunes. I used to be okay with it. Then as my library got bigger it started taking more and more time to load and eating more and more memory, basically rendering my desktop (which, admittedly, was sadly underpowered) useless for anything but a very complicated and glitchy stereo. Furthermore, it loved to fuck up my organization scheme for my files and create duplicates of all sorts of random shit even when I told it to knock that shit out. Perhaps it has gotten better in later versions...I wouldn't know. I switched to Ubuntu for my OS to try to maximize the little power the desktop had, and started using Amarok. Which was wonderful and beautiful, until Amarok 2.0 came out, which sucked balls. Then I went over to Banshee, which is great--basically sort of like iTunes, minus the problems stated above, and you can change the color of the interface to match your theme...which, sadly, is one of the big things I look for in a media player, . On Windows, I use winamp (obviously) because it loads super fast, doesn't crash, and has tons of skins that satiate my desires to have everything in my life be weeaboo as hell.

 Re: Post Your Music Folder
iTunes still sucks. It's so bloated and heavy for what it is. It's slow on my system with a 2.8GHz quadcore CPU and 4GB of RAM.
But I use it for one reason: to spite Chair.

I use MediaMonkey. It's more customizable than itunes and you're not 'locked in'.

 Re: Post Your Music Folder
woah syppress we have similar tastes. I've had to delete a good few gigs of music because I can find a good amount on spotify and have little space left on my hd. and no way am I gonna sit here and screen shot my music folder. it would take too long.
