Does anyone else play Minecraft?

If you're not familiar with it, it's basically a game about exploring and mining for resources and using them to build things. There's no real goal or way to win, so it depends pretty heavily on your own creativity. You get out of it what you put into it.

It's not for everybody, but I like it a lot. It's easy to get immersed in it for hours.

I could get immersed in it for hours, but typically there is so much on my mind that minecraft is put to the side. When I play it, it doesn't soothe me at all.

i started two days ago with 3 friends and this is going insane XD

hell ya i do....someone frum HC got me hooked on it.....i don't snitch so don't ask......(i'm kinda drunk forgive me for the foull language)

i just setup a TNT trap beneath my friends buildings, that is being triggered by a pressure plate when he wants to go to his chest for ressources next time xD

Whenever we set up or can find a server, I play it online with friends. Minecraft is GREAT fun with mods. Bukkit seems to be the big plugin manager right now.

Oh and I found out what they've been doing at Mojang since the last patch.

My friend set up a server for Minecraft. His connection is pretty good. Usually a half dozen of us on with no lag. Had him set it to where pirated copies could connect and asked if he'd be cool with me letting you folks join us, but he left for work without answering. Hmm hmm hmm... If I didn't think SOMEONE would set fire to everything (Roman already did)... No one's on right now, but I suppose if people promise to not be gigantic trolls, they can join the settlement. PM for server info since I don't think Trollgear wants his IP plastered everywhere.

Hey guys, use the seed -11 , it produces some seriously cool shit.

Also, I'm gonna make a mansion made out of wool on an extremely high ledge, higher than the clouds, right overhanging a huge crater in the side of a cliff that was produced from the seed.

does anyone know how to make a squid tank that make it possible for squids to spawn?

i tried in alot of ways but no squids want to spawn

Squid randomly spawn in any body of water. It doesn't need to be lit, nor does it need to have a specific depth. You just need to made a small pool and wait for Squid to decide to spawn in the pool. Thankfully, Squid will never despawn, unless you kill them. They will not despawn even if you log off or restart the game.

I am collecting wolves. I currently have ~35 wolves. I am putting them in buildings in my sky-city, 25 wolves a building. I'll screenie when I finish building the glass roof of one of them, to see what they look like.
