They made a movie?!. I guess it's true what they say, it's impossible to be original.

 Re: ....what do you do?
You're on an upper floor of an office building (for whatever reason). When it's time for you to leave, you head to the nearest elevator, get in, and descend to the first floor. After the door opens, you walk out and head for the building's front exit. But something seems strangely unfamiliar as you head for the door, and once outside, you are struck by the fact that it doesn't appear to be the same building that you entered. Furthermore, the parking lot is laid out all different, and after a long frantic search, you can't find your car.
None of the surrounding buildings or streets appear familiar either, and as time passes, you realize that it's a whole other city (despite the fact that everyone you ask keeps telling you that you are in the city in question). You try to call home, but you keep getting a message telling you that the number you're calling doesn't exist, and to try again (which you do over and over). The same thing happens when you try to call friends.
What do you do?
EDIT: It's a city you've lived in all your life.

I meant that it would make a good movie. Wow... this next one, too! I have no idea. I feel myself sagging to the floor in apathy just thinking about it.

 Re: ....what do you do?
First, I would go back to that same elevator, go back to highest floor and look out of the window to see if I was still in an unfamiliar city. If I was, I would take the elevator back to the first floor. If I wasn’t, I would take the stairs and go to the first floor and see if anything had changed (have to make sure it’s not the elevator that’s doing this! Maybe nothing changes if I take the stairs). If I was still in a strange city, I would go to the highest floor and go back to the first floor again several times, using different elevators, stairs and all possible combinations of those to see if anything changes. If that didn't work, I would ask someone on the streets what year it was, maybe I'm in the future or in the past? Or maybe I'm in an alternative reality? I would also look for a map and a phone book to see I can find familiar names/places. Then I would go and explore the city, to see if I could find something familiar. I don’t know what I would do if none of this worked... That was difficult (got a bit confused), but it was fun too!

You get up one morning and head to the bathroom. But when you catch sight of your reflection in the mirror, your head appears to be shaped like a dunce hat (tall and conical). What do you do?

 Re: ....what do you do?
One day you're near or around other people (indoors or out; in public or around the home) when you suddenly hear your own voice from out of thin air yelling and snapping at people fairly close by. You know you said absolutely nothing, but it's very definitely your voice, and you know that it's no auditory hallucination, because other people hear it too (always coming from your general direction).
This happens everywhere you are, and everywhere you go, and the tone is always nasty; startling people, and causing them to look your way with astonishment.
What do you do?

I think I would become a true hikikomori and never go out again. And if that wouldn't work I'd probably be forced to live somewhere far away from other people.

 Re: ....What do you do?
You're at your computer one day (night?), when suddenly you hear an odd sound, and the keys on the keyboard feel very strange. You look down and see that they have become large human teeth (flat molars), and are all rapidly moving up and down on their own in random succession; the keyboard emitting sparks with a loud crackle as they do so.

Yeah I'd probably first toss out the bottle of water I'm drinking first. If I assume it's real though, that's enough to get me to run out o the building and let it eat what it wants.

 Re: ....What do you do?
You receive a phone call, and when you answer, the voice on the other end sounds remarkably like your own. They ask for someone you've never heard of, and you tell them that they've got a wrong number. They apologize and hang up; but you receive another call almost immediately afterward, and it's them again, asking for the same individual. This time, however, you notice that the phone number on the I.D. is your own. You ask them who they are, and they give your name......what do you do?

 Re: ....What do you do?
I don't think I would have picked up the phone in the first place. I always look first at the number on the ID. If I don't recognize it, or if it's hidden, I don't pick up the phone. If I saw my own number on the ID I don't think I would pick up the phone either. I'd assume that someone was pulling a prank (I can feel a bit paranoid sometimes). Although I think it would be interesting to talk to myself on the phone.

 Re: ....What do you do?
You're driving on a remote highway in the midst of a flat, barren landscape (in the American southwest, perhaps, or in the Australian outback) on a hot afternoon. There are no other cars in sight, and your only concern is the car air-conditioner. Suddenly something snaps you to full attention, though you're quite confused about what it could be. Then, as it sinks in, you realize that the vanishing point of the road has sunken below the horizon line off in the distance. Furthermore, the road pavement in the distance appears nearly as dark as the pavement you are currently driving on; instead of fading due to atmospheric haze. (Both of the aforementioned going against fundamental laws of perspective).
You keep on driving ahead, until you notice the road itself tapering narrower and narrower until it's no longer wide enough for your car, and it finally drops off; curving to a pointed tip. You stop, get out, and briefly inspect the area (nearby there's a strange sign on a pole with a simple graphic image of an eye on it). You get back in your car and drive back the opposite way. But after traveling only about 50 miles (around 80 km) you notice the same thing up ahead (even though you had traveled much further than that that day). Again it curves to a point at the end (this time there's a lone road sign there that says "DID YOU BRUSH YOUR TEETH?;" simple graphic image of a mouth included).
What do you do?

 Re: ....What do you do?
You're walking down a crowded sidewalk in the downtown area of a city when you just happen to look up briefly and notice something odd. From a window several stories up in an office building is a large, disembodied eyeball — about two and half feet (76.2 cm) in diameter — staring down at you. As you walk along you keep looking up at it. Disturbingly, out of all the people on the sidewalk, it appears to be focused specifically on you. You study it carefully and can actually see its iris expanding and contracting with the light, so you know that it's real. You speed up until you're out of its gaze.
The next day you see it again, this time peering at you from behind a large plate glass store window front; again following you with its gaze. You start to see it everywhere; from the driver's side window of a car stopped next to you at a red light, hovering in the sky above (disappearing over the tops of buildings before you can get a good look at it), it's shadow disappearing behind corners in hallways as you turn rapidly to see what's giving you that strange feeling that you're being followed. One night you feel strangely compelled to get out of bed and look out the window; rapidly you pull open the curtains, only to see it right there, looking at you from outside.
It's ever present, no one else is aware of it, and it's clearly interested only in you......what do you do?

 Re: ....What do you do?
I'd freak out at first and wonder if I was going nuts. If nothing else weird happened, I probably would've trusted my senses and realised theye was really there. And at some point I would've become curious as well, and maybe tried to be brave enough to ask it who it was and what it wanted. Not sure how an eyeball could possibly answer, though.

 Re: ....What do you do?
You get up in the middle of the night, and step outside of your room into a dark hallway (perhaps headed for the bathroom, or for whatever reason). Suddenly, out of the corner of your eye, something stands out from the darkness; rapidly you turn your head in its direction and see a tiny white human figure dashing swiftly towards you from the other end of the hall......what do you do?

 Re: ....What do you do?
Well, I don't believe in ghosts so if I saw something like that, I'd probably think it was my mind playing tricks on me because of my tiredness (When I'm really tired, I tend to see and hear things that aren't really there.). I would turn on the light though to see if it was still there. If it was, I'd freak out and go quickly inside my room, shut the door and hope it wouldn't come after me in my room. I would never do that, even if I could win a million dollars with it. I just can't eat things that I think are disgusting or that I suspect to be disgusting. I also wouldn't want to be known as someone who does everything to get money.

Well if this, means you, then I'd em race you with a hug, anything else I would simply not pay attention to and be attacked.
You suddenly became the only one aware that all forms of life dies within 50feet of you?
