Seriously... I run a bit of everything.. but my primary is a "linux distro", so I guess I'll go with that...

Re: Which operating system do you use? I use Windows XP. I think my laptop would burst into flames if I tried to use Vista or Windows 7. But hopefully whenever I get a new computer I'll try and get 7 I guess. I'm not that good with change though, so I don't know how I'll like it..

Re: Which operating system do you use? Windows XP is my current OS. It may not be as pretty as Windows 7, but it is a lot speedier (using my low-end hardware anyway).
In the future, I will likely make Windows 7 my primary operating system.

I've had XP for three years until I got a new PC a few weeks ago that came with Vista. I didn't use it for long since I got a free upgrade to W7 a couple weeks later. I'm glad I upgraded because I find this new OS to be more convenient and useful for me.

Re: Which operating system do you use? I use a Mac, as I took my brother's imac after my Dell Laptop broke down. I used to be on Archlinux with my laptop, it was probably the best operating system I've used, everything were so simple in a way, but I really hate to go through setting up all the stuff again, while it's a really simplified OS, it's a lot of reading and going through settings to get things the way you want, it was kind of strange, but once you do, things are so fast and snappy, but because I hate the layer of setting up all those junk, I couldn't be happier on osx. I use Winxp for dualboot, but my graphic card suck for games, and the reason I'd be booting into that.
I wouldn't mind going back to PC, and do windows 7/Linux.

Re: Which operating system do you use? I've been using Ubuntu 9.10 as my primary OS. It's good, I've only had one problem where flash would make Firefox slow down so I downloaded Google Chrome and it doesn't have that problem. So far I've been able to do everything I do on Windows.
