Post Yakuza 3 Video Game Reviewed By Yakuza Gangsters
I don't play videogames but this article was still interesting and fun:

Yakuza 3 reviewed by Yakuza

Several months ago, I introduced you to Jake Adelstein, the fearless-to-a-fault Jewish-American reporter who spent 12 years as a crime beat reporter in Japan and wrote about it in his book Tokyo Vice. --
Turns out he's good enough friends with a few high-ranking gangster bosses that he was able to convince them to conduct an experiment for Boing Boing: to evaluate Yakuza 3, a popular video game about the infamous gangsters created for ordinary citizens.

Long time ago I read a story on a newspaper where a real fighter pilot reviewed a flight simulator and another, where a rally driver reviewed a rally game but this was hilarilous. Any suggestions what other games to get reviewed by the "professionals"?

It was interesting. Yakuza don't seem like bad people at all. I judge all people by their true character and not by society moral standards, so even criminals can be good people imo.

S: The breaded pork cutlet bento box is like mega power. More than ramen. That's accurate.

Maybe they can get some Italian plumbers to review the next Super Mario Game. :norikon

That was quite interesting and a novel way of reviewing the game with a different perspective. Good stuff.
:D

My reaction too.

Don't know why but I found this quite humourous.
