What's your strangest habit?

i pace in circles when confused and i also bite my hand when frustrated.
when i was little in second grade, whenever faced with math quizzes, i would cry uncontrollably.
now whenever im frustrated with school or something i freak out and scratch my nails against the paper.

I do a lot of odd things. I rub my head & face repeatedly, sometimes to the point of soreness. I do it when I'm nervous, but sometimes I will just realize that I'm doing it & won't know why. I also rub my palm against my legs repeatedly, I do this weird thing with my fingers that I can't really explain. I rub them together repeatedly, but that's not totally it. I rub my hands together repeatedly, I do this weird thing with my feet (also something that's hard to explain lol). I pace around the house, sometimes while talking to myself lol. I rock back & forth, sometimes to calm myself down & sometimes I'll just notice that it's happening & I don't know when it started or why.

I do a lot of other odd things lol, but a lot of them are too hard to explain. I worry that I do some of them in public a lot because I've caught myself a couple times & have been embarrassed. Usually rubbing my face, but once I was rocking back & forth on the bus lol. I hope no one saw me, but there were a lot of people, so I'm sure they did.

Well, I've got lots of disgusting, embarassing, annoying but strange...well I always pull labels off of stuff if I can help it and I can't stand tags on my clothes. I keep records of all the books I've read and various other weird stuff.

I shudder when I have to pee. I don't know why...

As an actual habit and not just instinct, it would probably be my habit of listening to people's voices while at the same time listening to a song in my headphones.

Cant really think of any, I prefer most of my food cold and I will NEVER microwave food to warm it up, it ruins the taste and texture imo. Most of my other habits are due to my ocd, like changing shirts almost every day, never using a towel if I don't know if its clean, getting into bed at like 2 am and realize my fingernails need cutting, so I have to get out bed and cut them (it cant wait till morning) and lots of other silly germophobic habits.

I think this might be pretty common, but, my leg twitches a lot throughout the day. Usually when I'm really concentrated with something, my leg will just moving uncontrollably, or if I'm nervous, it will happen. It only happens with my right leg, though. Weird...

I have a few OCD habits that drive me nuts. Sometimes I can ignore them and other times I feel like I'll explode if I don't give in and do whatever stupid little ritual it may be.

I tend to do things 3 or sometimes 5 times... like I'll have to wash my hands 3 times, open and close the microwave door 3 times, touch something 3 times, if I'm eating something like baby carrots or grapes I have to take 3 or 5 at a time, lots of stupid little things like that. Anything involving numbers has to be a multiple of 5 or it bothers me, like the volume # on the tv, time I set the microwave to, etc. I try not to let it show when I'm around other people who don't know about it but if I ignore it sometimes it makes me physically tense and stressed out.

I have to take gum from a pack in a certain order.

I've done this weird thing ever since I was younger where I sound out the syllables in a word or a sentence in specific patterns on my fingers.


There are a few others but I think I sound crazy enough already... I'll just leave it at that.

I chew the inside of my cheek/lips obsessively. It's rare for me to not have a taste of blood in my mouth because of it.

I'm like Soulless, I also shudder when I pee sometimes. I can't think of any strange habits I have really, just mundane ones like biting my fingernails. If I'm not careful I start biting pencils too. Usually they break in half. I haven't used any pencils in ages though.

Whenever i post in topics, i write down all the names of the topics i write in, so i can look them up later to see if someone quotes me or replies, multiple times people have addressed me in threads and i haven't even looked back to answer them.

I used to scratch my head overmuch. I'm glad I don't really have any nails as I would have easily broken the skin more often if I had. I think someone else said they did that too, like Rezu perhaps.

when hearing music i tend to "play" on my incisors with my knuckles or a pen.

thats probably not the strangest habit but one of the strangest i can think of right now.
