Japanese Pop, or just Pop in general, is not traditionally the type of music I listen to, however immi is an exception(as well as a few other artists, like COLTEMONIKHA). But if you wanted to get nit-picky, I guess they would be categorized under electro-pop.
Anywaysssss I've been listening to this song a lot lately. I really like the vibe it carries, and the chorus is catchy as well.

nice lyrics, epic vocals, godlike instrumentals, best community-band relation ever - the crowd is insane. i wish i was there...

Tough choice, I like all sorts of songs. I have 29 currently in the album listen to at work. I think my current favorite is a tie between Crystal Mountain and Pull the Plug, by the creators of death metal, Death.

The Velvet Underground - Rock & Roll
Jenny said when she was just 5 years old There was nothing happening at all Every time she puts on the radio There was nothing going down at all, not at all Then one fine morning, she puts on a New York station You know, she don't believe what she heard at all She started shaking to that fine, fine music You know, her life was saved by rock and roll
Despite all the amputations You know, you could just go out and dance to the rock and roll station It was all right (It was all right) Hey, baby, you know, it was all right (It was all right)
Jenny said when she was just about 5 years old "You know, my parents are gonna be the death of us all Two TV sets and two Cadillac cars Well, you know, ain't gonna help me at all, not just a tiny bit" Then one fine morning, she turns on a New York station She doesn't believe what she hears at all Ooh, she started dancing to that fine, fine music You know, her life was saved by rock and roll, yeah, rock and roll
Despite all the computations You could just change it to that rock and roll station And baby, it was all right (It was all right) Hey, it was all right (It was all right) Hey, here she comes now
Now, Jenny said when she was just about 5 years old "Hey, you know, there's nothing happening at all, not at all Every time I put on the radio You know, there's nothing going down at all, not at all" But one fine morning, she hears a New York station She doesn't believe what she heard at all, hey, not at all She started dancing to that fine, fine music You know, her life was saved by rock and roll, yes, rock and roll
Ooh, despite all the computation You know, you could just dance to a rock and roll station
All right, all right, man, it was all right Are you listening to me now? And it was all right Come on now, live it It was all right, it was all right Man, it was all right (All right) It's all right (All right) Baby, it's all right now (All right) Baby, it's all right now (All right) Man, it's all right (All right) Said all right now (All right) It's all right right now (All right) It's all right now (All right) Oh, baby (All right) Oh, baby (All right) Oh, baby (All right) Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah (All right) Now it's all right now (All right) Ooh, it's all right now (All right) Oh, oh (All right) All right now (All right)

Valse Pour Francois by Jacques Pellarin...Obsessed with it. The video is just some random guy showing all the books he bought for French. I can't really find any of his albums anywhere except Amazon mp3. I have like six bucks in promotional money to spend there, I might buy it.

Spanish Bombs from the Clash album London Calling:
Spanish songs in Andalucia The shooting sites in the days of '39 Oh please leave the ventana open Federico Lorca is dead and gone
Bullet holes in the cemetery walls The black cars of Guardia Civil Spanish bombs on the Costa Rica I'm flying in on a DC-10 tonight
Spanish bombs, yo te quiero infinito Yo te quiera, oh mi corazón Spanish bombs, yo te quiero infinito Yo te quiera, oh mi corazón
Spanish weeks in my disco casino The freedom fighters died up on the hill They sang The Red Flag, they wore the black one After they died it was mockingbird hill
Back home the buses went up in flashes The Irish tomb drenched in blood Spanish bombs shatter the hotels My señoritas rose was nipped in the bud
Spanish bombs, yo te quiero infinito Yo te quiera, oh mi corazón Spanish bombs, yo te quiero infinito Yo te quiera, oh mi corazón
The hillsides ring with "Free the people" Or can I hear the echoes from the days of '39? Trenches full of poets, a ragged army Fixing bayonets to fight the other line
Spanish bombs rock the province I'm hearing music from another time Spanish bombs, Costa Brava I'm flying in on a DC-10 tonight
Spanish bombs, yo te quiero infinito Yo te quiera, oh mi corazón Spanish bombs, yo te quiero infinito Yo te quiera, oh mi corazón
Spanish songs in Andalucía, Mandolina Oh mi corazón Spanish songs in Granada Oh mi corazón

Re: What's your favorite song at the moment?
Listening to In Rainbows for the first time. I really love it so far, especially this song:
Radiohead - Weird Fishes/Arpeggi
In the deepest ocean The bottom of the sea Your eyes They turn me Why should I stay here? Why should I stay?
I'd be crazy not to follow Follow where you lead Your eyes They turn me
Turn me into phantoms I follow to the edge of the earth And fall off Yeah, everybody leaves If they get the chance And this Is my chance
I get eaten by the worms And weird fishes Picked over by the worms And weird fishes Weird fishes Weird fishes
I, I hit the bottom Hit the bottom and escape Escape
I, I hit the bottom Hit the bottom and escape Escape

That's one of my favourite albums! I went through a period of listening to nothing but that album. My favourite song from it always changes. "Nude" holds a special place in my heart though.
I don't really have a favourite song at the moment. However, I love the live version of "Mr Guder" by The Carpenters right now, almost purely for that instrumental break they do. I wish that bit could go on for way longer. Those drums !!! And the flute and keyboard are perfect too.
Song starts at 0:58 and instrumental bit at 2:16:

This is my favorite song...it has been for a while. I almost always (maybe 85% of the time) listen to music that's generally pre-1960s. The only time when I don't follow this rule is for some videogame/movie soundtracks.

Oh I love that album! Radiohead are another exception in my music taste...Jigsaw falling into place is my favorite song in that album.
