I'm not feeling too good here. I feel very apathetic and disgusted with the world. Not even sure why. Maybe it's because my first semester at college is winding down, and I'm worried about my grades... even though I have all A's at the moment. I just don't know how much longer I can keep this up. I can feel myself starting to mentally unravel. After four years of this, I might be fit for a madhouse.

1/10 I wake up in the morning feeling like I could be depressed, but thankfully, it goes away.

Hmmm Right now I am around level 230. Yeah really high, I do not know why. There are lots of potential reasons, but I do not want to think about them. All I know is I was pretty depressed I woke up this morning. Thankfully I am not feeling impulsive like I was on Saturday.

Speaking of which yeah I am at 247 right now. I am doing my best to keep it from climbing any higher. I do not want to do anything stupid before Saturday. At least by Saturday I will be alone and will have time to recover.

Not much, actually. No more than a 1 or a 2 on a scale of 0-10. I don't feel good at all, but I'm really not depressed, either. They little bit of depression I'm feeling wouldn't even be there were it not for the anxiety I'm feeling but trying to postpone until Monday or Tuesday when things are going to get harder.

I think I am in a mildly depressed state at the moment.

Hm...I'm not depressed per say, but my recent physical queasiness has made me unmotivated, tired and unwilling to get out of bed (since it does feel better to just lie down). I don't really feel depressed, but I'm kind of showing all the symptoms of depression...just for different reasons other than feeling completely miserable.

My depression level is currently very high. I feel slightly suicidal, but I think these feelings will pass within a few days.

, my mood swings like a pendulum, so that can change quite soon. It just doesn't last as long, but is more heightened. Feeling so anxious and paranoid so easily nowadays is not so much fun.
