Hovering in between 80 and 102. Inspiration hits me hard. Lets hope I can hold onto it. I feel if I lose this inspiration and hope I will crash something fierce.

Yeah it crashed... I was at around 234 last night and this morning. I have gone down a bit though. Lets up that some working out and yoga will help me pick myself back up.

I've been feeling great for the past few days despite some minor decline of emotion. I feel like somebody took a custard injector that they may use to fill donuts and jabbed it into my chest to fill the emptiness I've been feeling for so long.

Hmmm a ummm... well 150 right now. I have been all over the place including hitting 245 yesterday. Stress and lack of sleep make this stuff hard. However, working out has made things a bit easier on me it lifts my mood even if I am not seeing any results.

Still 0. Hasn't come back for over a month now. It wasn't worth it.

I just had some very nice Cheerios.

You know level... 240... which is why I have been a lurker. I do not want to ruin the fun of this place with my depression.

I've been lurking a lot lately too, though mostly because I can't think of anything to say. Sometimes I just like to observe, even though lurking makes me feel a tad creepy.

Yeah I find that I am at a lose of an opinion a lot these days as well. I do not like to break a conversation up.

Right now I am hovering between 190 & 220. I am starting to feel the effects of working out. The numbers are also starting to show the effects. However I cannot help but fall into a well misery seeing how small the numbers are. I also get depressed because I know at the gym all I do is let my eyes wander. So I feel Like a perv for that. I also feel like a loser because I cannot muster up the courage to talk to the females my eyes wander too. I know at least one knows I am checking her out she looked right at me. She did not seem to pleased. Then again she was running on the treadmill so who knows. I guess I can try and believe ... gah whatever just thinking about this is depressing me. I hope my depression levels off once I am forced to accept my life from now on.

i'd say a 7-7.5. i don't know if it's because i just moved in with a crazy person, i'm homesick, or the fact that i'm having major surgery in two weeks, but i have been feeling like sh*t lately when otherwise i was complacent with life.

Not much, for once, maybe a 2 or 3.

1. Surprise, surprise, it isn't a 0 haha. Mainly cause I'm kinda lonely tonight. I had a nightmare last night, but part of it involved hanging out with someone I've only hung out with once in person, and it made me miss them. I need to be getting to bed, though, as I have to be up in 7 hours.

Luckily, still a 2 or 3. I hope this lasts because I love not being morbidly depressed.
