You can watch the second episode online and find out. I just did.
My favorite thing about this season: Tara and another hot woman.

I love the new season so far . It's so different & I'm really excited to see what happens. I'm still expecting Russell to show up, though, even after being buried in cement. I hope that doesn't happen.

HBO released on their streaming site it because of the holiday weekend, even though it's still airing on Sunday. It's available on various torrent sites.
I want to punch Lafayette's boyfriend.

Oh cool, Thanks! I'll have to check the torrent out now. I like Lafayette's boyfriend, myself. Wilson Cruz, the guy who plays him, used to play Rickie on "My So-Called Life", one of my favorite shows as a teenager. That makes me like him even more

I don't really like this season...There are so many plotlines going on that the interesting ones, which I actually want to watch, only get like 10 minutes of the episode. Sam is so boring. And the weres...gagh.

Maybe I'll try to catch up on the weekend. In the last episode I watched
Russell, the vampire king of Mississippi, was buried in cement at the end.

Re: True Blood
That was the end of season 3. So you're only 5 episodes behind in the new season.
The last episode was the best thus far, IMO. Pam's affliction is kinda sexy in a Hel way...
I still fucking hate Jesus though. "I am not a witch, I am a brujo!" Because saying it in a different language OBVIOUSLY makes it cooler. Derp.

Re: True Blood
I'm glad that Bill is the vampire king now. He was starting to really annoy me with his mega-sappiness. I know Eric is doing that now, but I think maybe their going to find a way to reverse the spell and then he'll go back to being a badass again.
Is Jason going to turn into a panther or not?! It seems he isn't, but the panther's said he would...I'm going to require a good explanation if he doesn't!

Re: True Blood
Is it just me or was this season really that terrible?
It pretty much ruined every interesting quality Eric ever possessed. In the book when he got his memory back at least he turned back into an asshole, rather than a fagwad little bitch. So now the two main vampires are not only totally non-menacing and boring, but also annoyingly lovesick. It's pretty much Twilight now, but with two vampires and a werewolf. Greeaaat.
The vampire with the most interesting prospects, Nan, got killed off. So we're going to bring back Russel Edgnington, but leave out the woman, and group, with the most at stake by his return. Laaaaaame. It's just going to be a hissy fest with Russel all mad about Talbot, and I bet he takes Sookie prisoner, and oooooh the tension, before he winds up getting killed and the good old Sookie/Bill/Eric/Alceed love triangle(square?) begins again.
I'm mad about Tara too, but I can take it. Killing off main characters at least keeps us on edge and keeps a constant level of tension. But really, Tara? Her relationship could have been interesting, but noooo. They had to get that over with as quickly as possible. They should have done away with fucking Lafayette instead. He's gone from a highly enjoyable character to boring and predictable as fuck. Possession - not that interesting. At least after the first time. I am glad, however, that his stupid boyfriend is gone. Ugh. What is it with every witch ever having to be a sissy feel-good dimwit? Unless they're suuuper evil, of course.
Pam is my favorite character of all, and the prospects for her look grim. It sounded like they're trying to play up the romance between her and Eric, which I hate. Give her a girlfriend. Seriously. I know Kristin Bauer wanted Ginger, which is meh, but it's still better than Eric. Fuck Eric.
The thing that, honestly, pissed me off most about this episode was the fact that when Eric and Bill got chained up, they were both shirtless. Talk about shameless fan service. What, Marnie appreciates naked vampires and found it appropriate to strip them before tying them up? Or were they just lounging around shirtless? Together. At the same place. Or am I missing something?
I liked some things - Sookie shooting Debbie Pelt, vampire Steve Newlin, the ghost of Terry's past, but really, this episode just pissed me off.
Another year of waiting with all this rage. I'm going to read the rest of the books soon. Just so I can kind of guess what'll happen.

The last episode is out? I'm going to watch it now. Then the new LA Ink episode - although, I like NY Ink better now. Sometimes I have to shut LA Ink off because I can't handle the type of drama on it. Relationship drama usually makes me feel sick.
