Post Re: What makes you happy?
I lost a lot of my happiness for a very long time. With hope and enough of a positive influence, the one thing that has been restoring me has been developing myself physically. Strength, flexibility, and a balanced progression i think help remove pain and mental chains from the body. Just moving... in any way you want and every way you can think of by yourself and/or around other people. I am a firm believer in the body, mind, soul approach. They are all like a triangle and all help form the foundation for the others. And improving my body is the area of improvement that rejuvenates. So as i improve, things become fun again, just moving.. and being alive :) That makes me happy :D

Having a job, a home, food to eat, a nice bed, family and friends, video games, music, books, internet, coffee, beer, bendy straws.

Last night after coming out of the shower, (yeah I take showers in the early morning before I go to bed, what of it?) I was freezing so I take the duvet off my bed and wrapped it around myself whilst I watched a great documentary about this little person who travelled to America to a little persons conference to try and find a girlfriend. Oh and I had a cup of tea too, that was nice for a change. I have to say for that 40 minutes or so I was pretty contented.

You mean you don't take them in the early morning, but instead before you go to bed :p

But I shower before bed too, helps me relax and sleep, and I can't really shower in the mornings because I have to wake up really early in mornings

But I love having cups of tea but also, nothing beats a good tv show or documentary
I've been watching a lot of police shows lately, (Road Wars, Police Interceptors and sometimes some of the 5 million similar shows, but I prefer those 2)

I used to watch some of those police shows, but like you said there's just so many different versions it's difficult to keep track of them so most of the time I don't bother.

I only really watch them if there's nothing else on, or until something better comes on

But personally I find Police Interceptors (the only one I'd record) the best, because some of the other ones aren't as good to watch as they're all pretty similar,
but that's not been on lately anyway
