What's the longest you've gone without stepping outside?

I don't think I've ever been indoors for more than 3 months. I've only gone out when I had to, for instance if I'm asked to do the shopping, or had to go to the dentist or doctor. I don't go out because I want to.

Luckily I live in a big city (by Norwegian standards) and very few know me, so having to put on a cheerful face thankfully isn't an issue.

4 days to a week at the most.

Probably 4 or 5 days in a row where i haven't even stepped outside.
Is that half a year not going outside at all is definitely a long time. How did you do your grocery shopping then?

If it wasn t for my best friend dragging me to places every week or so, i know i would ve passed the six month thresh hold too. There have been times when he s been away where i ve gone a few months without going out and I m a bit worried because he s leaving for Uni soon, so i m gonna need another reason to get out more, hopefully a job will provide that reason.

Hard to say, but probably 3 weeks at most.

Right now I am doing alright so I go out often, but when I was doing worse a while back even then I still had to go outside to pick up food/supplies (although I mostly tried to get someone close to me to pick stuff up) and go to exams (about once a month) to avoid delay in my study.

When I was younger I still lived with my parents and simply to continue my hikki lifestyle I had to make concessions and go out on occasion in order to not make my parents too suspicious and get into trouble. Doing this made me able to keep my hikki lifestyle hidden from them for nearly a year, although obviously they knew something was up, they couldn't really prove it. I also had to walk my dog (I loved him so I didn't really want to hurt him with my problems) but often I just put him into the garden and cleaned up after him to avoid having to go on the street when I was feeling particularly anxious.

I once stayed in for about four months... give or take a week or two... I am not sure, but it was lovely. Though I am not sure if this is an accurate answer, because I tend to go and do things like lay in my back yard at 4am and stare at the sky. I likely did that a few times during those 'not leaving' months.

Maybe a little longer than 3 weeks.. My parents force me to go outside after a while.

"Dreaming, you've not been outside for weeks! Go outside! *PUSH*"

Do they push you out the door?

They just say I have to :b.. Or they send me down to buy groceries, and if I say no they'll yell at me for not helping out ever. And I can't really argue with that, during the vacations I hardly ever do anything. >_<

Well ever since I quit my job around June of last year I've only been out of the house a handful of times. Like once to get a haircut and a few times to see some doctors. So a little over a year I guess?

It's been about a month now.

Recently I go out one day a week, but my record is four months. I was forced to go out because I had to go to a physical examination. Best time of my last 10 years, I suppose (four months without people, not the medical checkup ).

Probably a month and that is only because I had to see my therapist, haha.

If you don't count therapist visits though a couple months.

I live out in the country... so going outside is no biggie for me. No neighbors to worry about really... I like going outside, its nice. The only bad thing about for it is that I am somewhat photphobic and the sun kills me. I wear a hat for that reason. But still, I think that everyone should spend some time outdoors and get some Vitamin D.

Same here. I used to live out in the country though, so I went out all the time.

A few months at a time. I think maybe 2 weeks at the moment... I had to turn books in at the library, thankfully it's close and I can just use the drop off box and not go in.
