Re: What's your favorite TV-show?
I think my all-time favorite is USA's La Femme Nikita. It beat the movie(s) hands down and overall was a great study in human psychology. Another was Firefly. It was Whedon at his best and I still hate Fox for cancelling it. I liked Xena because Sam Raimi is terribly clever, and I love watching shows with a lot of ass-kicking. Home Movies (adult swim) is really funny too.
Nowadays I don't have a lot of time/interest for TV, so I'm only following Legend of the Seeker, half a season behind. I like sword and sorcery shows. I'm also equally behind on Supernatural, which isn't that greatly written but the guys (Ackles, Padalecki, Collins) are too hot to ignore. Castle can be a fun watch too.
Shows that are cool that I'll never have time to properly watch/follow are House and 24. Everyone is always recommending The Office but I'll never have time like that.
Spoilers About Dexter, Season 2... I finished it weeks ago.
But WTF???? Why Doakes???? I liked him so much...
And I have a new sitcom to like: How I Met Your Mother Just bought the first season, will likely look for the other seasons.

Kenny vs. Spenny. It's a Canadian show about two guys that live together, every week they hold stupid competitions and peck at each other like starving crows until one is the winner. Kenny generally cheats, or screws Spenny over in some over the top spectacular way, which results in hilarity. The loser of the competition gets humiliated at the end of the show by the victor, which just adds to the hilarity.

One of my favorite shows EVER!!! Can't wait for the next season. Also cannot wait for Breaking Bad to start back up, that's another good show.
I also really enjoy the various science/medical shows that come on Discovery Health and the History channel. At the moment, I am not in any actual shows.

Law and Order. Best damn Tv show ever. They have the detective aspect, and the court aspect. What more could you want? So much better then CSI IMO.
I only ever watch law shows, the news, or anime.

I have more than one favorite show, but my two all time favorites are "Carnivale" & "Battlestar Galactica." The rest are: "Dead Like me" "Family Guy" "Glee" "House" "Little People, Big World" "Masterpiece Theatre" "Ugly Betty" "True Blood" "Stargate SG-1" "Stargate Universe"
It probably seems like I spend all my life watching tv, but I don't lol, I just like a lot of shows.
Add "Sanctuary" & "Stargate Atlantis" to that list.
I can't believe they canceled "Ugly Betty"

^ Ugly Americans is great
My current favorite show is The Wire. Forget Law&Order, NCIS, and the rest of them wannabes, The Wire beats them where it counts, script. This show is written and acted out extremely well Also, if it's of any worth, my journalism professor recommended this show to me, and he really knows quality. He spent most of his career writing reviews. It only aired on HBO too, meaning if there is anything to censor, they don't

Doctor Who. It's taking me quite a while to get used to the new one though. It is not just a new Doctor, the whole show is very different from what it used to be.
I still miss David.
