I created an IRC chatroom for people with anxiety. The channel is #Anxiety on IRCHighway (irc.irchighway.net). If you're an IRC noob, use this XChat guide. Be sure to change the channel in Favorite channels from #HikiCulture to #Anxiety. If you want to enter #HikiCulture in addition to #Anxiety, you can comma-separate them with no space.
