 ANSI drawings
This is a thread where you can post your ANSI artI've only made two semi-decent pieces in ANSI, and didn't really have either the creative strength nor the time needed to continue with ANSI. Never the less, making the below pieces was a fun process, and a good way to spend a few hours For those of you who aren't already familiar with ANSI art, it is essentially pictures drawn using block characters, with a limit of sixteen colours. More information can be found by clicking here. A popular program for drawing ANSI art is PabloDraw (which is what I used to make the two pictures below). Re: ANSI drawings
I think that looks great, and for a first try...wow. Excellent! My first ANSIs were horrible... You could still work on the shading a bit, but I think that the overall form is very good for your first try, and I am sure that you could become a great ANSI artist with a bit more practice I'm thinking about starting drawing ANSI again, it's a fun hobby.

Between them is uneasiness and overstimulated curiosity, the nervous excitement of an unsatisfied, unnaturally suppressed need to know and to communicate; and above all, too, a kind of strained respect. For man loves and respects his fellow man for as long as he is not yet in a position to evaluate him, and desire is born of defective knowledge" (Death in Venice by Thomas Mann)

 Re: ANSI drawings
Thanks for your words! I didn't think about shading and stuff. Well, it's really fun and creative. Let's see what I can do in the future! =)
