But that sounds good Poison, can I ask what hot sauce you use?
Zapiekanka looks good too! Although I'd probably use hotsauce instead of ketchup.
I could put my recipe for my easy microwave bachelor fried granola and cooked apples. Although I make it differently every time.

Mmm...Hikiculture peeps I use any hot sauce that's around really. Tonight I used this garlic and chilli Thai sauce that I bought randomly at the supermarket because it was cheap and looked decent. Can't remember the brand though. I really like Nando's hot sauce too. That sounds amazing! Please share

I have this amazing chocolate cake recipe that I would like to share. Made it today and it was delish  You need: 250g of dark chocolate (around 70-80%) 3 eggs 180g of self raising flour 180g of caster sugar 180g of softened butter 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees 2. Separate the whites from the yolks of the eggs and set the whites aside in a bowl. 3. mix the yolks with the sugar 4. melt the chocolate. I do this by putting the bowl of chocolate bowl over another bowl that is half filled with hot water and mixing it around till it's completely liquid. 5. mix in the butter and the melted chocolate with the yolk/sugar mix. 6. Add the flour (through a sieve) a little bit at a time, mixing as you go, until it's thoroughly mixed together 7. Now for the annoying bit - beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Depending on how fresh your eggs are, this may take not that long or a while. Today, I did it until most of it was properly frothy, but there was still a little bit of liquid left  . I don't recommend that, unless it really is only a little bit, otherwise there will be this liquid that is hard to mix in... 8. fold in the egg whites until completely mixed. 9. transfer to a cake tin that has been greased with butter 10. bake for about half an hour. When you poke the centre with a knife, it should still be a bit gooey. Nom.

i don't know what it's called but it's good
-cook 1 cup of sushi rice (regular white rice is also fine) -cube and stir fry tofu (as much as you want it doesn't matter) -add 2 packets of soy sauce to tofu in pan -cook until it looks done -put tofu on a plate and wrap it in paper towel (to drain out the excess water and let it cool) -mix in 1 teaspoon of rice wine vinegar to rice and fan it out a little bit to let it dry -put tofu in bowl with rice -chop up some yellow pickled radishes (oshinko) -mix it all together then drizzle some wasabi sauce or spicy mayo -sprinkle some nori, dried bonito flakes, and whatever else you want
egg in toast (aka that thing that v was making in v for vendetta)
-take 1 piece of bread -cut a hole in the center (about the size of a yolk) -put about a table spoon of butter on a frying pan and let it heat up -put the bread on the pan -crack 1 egg over the toast (try to get the yolk into the hole in the bread) -be very careful when flipping it over
strawberry egg white crepe with honey (great in the summer)
-put 3 egg whites in a bowl -add 1 tea spoon of milk -1/2 teaspoon of water -1 teaspoon of sugar (or sweetener) -beat until well blended -pour into frying pan -when the first side is cooked flip it over slowly (be careful, it rips very easily) -when it's finished put it on a plate -chop up strawberry's (or whatever fruit you want to use) -drizzle some honey (or chocolate) on the crepe and sprinkle some sugar if needed

Cat Ear Stew (no cats)
Ingredients: -One japanese pumpkin (Kabocha) -1 lump of dough (flour + water, left overnight or so with a papr bag to prevent drying out, size doesn't matter, I usually use a pound or more) -1 pound ground beef -Potatoes, parsnips, etc. to taste -Salt, pepper, cumin to taste
Directions: 1. Cook the ground beef. It's oil + hot pan + ground beef until it's all brown. Leave it there. 2. Slice up the kabocha (remove the seeds, you can leave the skin on) into cubes, nothing bigger than both your thumbs in width or length. Steam this until it's soft, then leave it. (Alternatively, you can do this weird half-boiling stuff where you have a saucepan of water, add the cooked ground beef and uncooked Kabocha cubes and leave it until the Kabocha is soft) 3. Cut up whatever vegetables you want. Carrots, parsnips, potatoes, sweet potatoes, anything goes! 4. Set a large soup pot up, fill it with a lot of water, leave it to boil. 5. While the large soup pot is set to boil, grab your dough. Cut it up into small cubes, smaller than a fingernail. This can be achieved easiest when you roll it out about the thickness of a finger, and slice it lengthwise with the space of a pinky between cuts. Then, you cut each 'string' widthwise as needed. You'll be going through a lot of cubes. 6. The water should be boiling now. Add everything except the dough into the water. Let it simmer, stir occasionally. 7. Roll each individual cube. I mean, get a large amount of flower, put some cubes down. Jam your thumb into a cube and flick/roll your thumb against the table/floor/other hard surface. This will produce a kind of pseudo-spiral shape that will be your 'noodles' of the soup. (If you're lazy, just cut it into thin strips, cubes, whatever. You can also have fun with this and make some cat shapes out of the dough or something.) 8. Dump your noodles into the soup. Let everything simmer for however long you like. The kabocha should partially break apart into the water, forming a stew. If there's too much water, let it thicken, if there's too much kabocha, add more water. 9. Flavor as desired. Garlic, ginger, soy sauce go a long way. Also cumin, paprika, sesame seed oil, and some chicken or beef stock go a long way as well. (Seafood stock is acceptable) Don't forget the salt! 10. ENOUGH FOOD FOR WEEKS TO COME.

I want to introduce you with soup my friend was doing. I call this soup "soup of nolife", beacuse he was kind of nolife  (no offence, I call nolife myself too) first soak soya granules or soya steaks of this kinds - this kindcook in the water in the same portions: vegetables: onion, parsley, celery, carrot. I prefer using dried ready vegetables mix, but fresh are good too. my friend was using dried veggies. barley, rice, and buckwheat but into taste: bayleaf, allspice, seasonings to soup of this kind: this or this: this those contains MSG, it gives a taste add oil (I use sunflower oil or soya oil) when all cereal are soft, add soya, if you have steaks chop it into small pieces soup is ready

Made chocolate chip cookies using this recipe I found online. They were damn good!  Ingredients: 200g softened butter 300g soft brown sugar 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 eggs 300g self raising flour 80g cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder 300g choc chips preheat oven to 180 c/ gas 4 cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then beat in vanilla extract and eggs in a separate bowl sift flour, cocoa and baking powder together add flour mix to the creamed mix in stages( a third at a time) mix well. fold in choc chips until just combined. spoon a tablespoon of the mixture on to a baking tray and just let it drop off the spoon, repeat until you have used up all the cookie mixture. bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes, when you remove the cookies from the oven they will still be soft, leave to cool completely on the baking tray, where they will continue to cook slightly,when completely cold move to a cooling rack. then enjoy Mmmmmmmm.

microwave shortbread 1 part butter 1 part suger 4 parts flour combine butter plate so it dosent stick make into bisket shapes microwave for 40-60 sec If 1 part equals 1 tablespoon it makes 2 so you can use that to scale up the recepe and get however many you want

A quick and tasty vegan curry: 1 cup/2,5 dl coconut milk, 2 tbsp mild(ish) curry powder, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 large potato, ½ onion, 1 carrot, 100 g tofu First chop all your veggies and slice the tofu. Then heat some oil in a wok, or any frying pan that's deep enough. First fry the tofu for a few minutes, then add the coconut milk and everything else. Stir well, especially when you add the curry so there'll be no lumps. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes, you can tell it's done when the carrots are soft all the way through. I prefer to serve it on rice, but it's equally awesome with noodles.  This amount is enough for at least a couple of days, depending on your appetite and the ratio of rice/noodles to curry.

Yeah, that sounds gross.  . What's more gross though is what this guy at work does: he puts ketchup and mustard on noodles,  . Noth's Dahl You will need: lentils (any colour) (I'm just using a can of brown lentils) garlic (two cloves) ginger root onion (one) potato (optional) cilantro (optional) turmeric cinnamon (optional) coriander (optional) cumin chicken broth (optional) basmati rice Drain lentils and wash them in a strainer. Put them in a big pot. Skin a potato and cut it into small cubes. Mine are about a cubic centimeter in size. Add the potato to the pot. Add enough chicken broth so that everything is well submersed. If you don't have chicken broth just use water. Bring to a boil. Mince garlic. Let water boil for a minute. Turn down to low heat. Throw garlic in. Heat up a frying pan with some oil or butter in it. Dice onions and throw them in the pan. Let them saute over low-medium heat. Add just less than a tablespoon of turmeric to the lentils pot. Add about the same amount of cumin. Stir. Skin about a thumb-sized amount of ginger root and dice it up. Throw it in with the onion. Add a pinch of turmeric and a pinch of cumin and mix that around for a minute. Add contents of frying pan to the pot. Add just a pinch of cinnamon and a couple of diced cilantro leaves. Mix well over medium heat for a couple minutes. Make sure potatoes are nice and soft. If they are then you're all done! If they're not, keep stirring until they are. Serve over basmati rice. Or just whatever kind of rice you have.

Perhaps I didn't point out clearly enough that it was pure cynicism. Sadly the diet I posted above really matches the eating habits I employed while being a hiki. I had to take what was there, but being severely depressed I didn't enjoy or care much about what I was eating anyway. In fact I hate noodles with ketchup...
