Re: Do you wish you were a rock star? i wish i was able to play an instrument well enough to actually be in a band, or sing well enough to, and it would have been the ideal life for me in my early teens, just to live on the road never having to be tied down anywhere, sleeping eating and showering when and where i could, living free and dying young. being the bass player would have been great because i'd rather be in the background.
these days i'd say no, i wouldn't be able to handle it. i'd binge drink or fall into heavy downers and self destruct.
