I am here because I appear to fit all the criteria, I even got myself a job where I don't have to socialize with anyone who isn't a family member! Perhaps this place will give answers that other places haven't, or provide some entertainment.
I don't usually contribute much to forums, as I prefer to 'lurk', but since this one is shockingly new I will try to post some. Pardon the quality of my posts, expect me to get irrational at times.

Re: New users thread Welcome to the site. I noticed 'Norway' show up on the live traffic feed on the bottom of the page yesterday and was curious. A couple hours later I noticed that there was a new registration by someone from Norway (which is you), so I guess that you are the Norwegian person. Anyway, you've already had a good start here since you've been very active. Of course nobody is obligated to post on this site, but it can be somewhat disappointing (at the least) for new members to not post anything ever. This site will slowly evolve as long as the members keep active.

I got tired of the drama from the other hiki forum(poor Miu-sama. So many people left) so I joined this one. Especially since I saw that Chair made it(maybe we'll be able to get other members to join? i.e. Pitiedfool and Arky??).
I'm really not much of a hikikomori... although I'm not sure... Ah, well... I don't go out much to socialize, but I am required to go to school... I'm a little text whore(I text like ALL day) but on the phone I can be rather unresponsive...
Um... I guess that's all for now...

Re: New users thread I'm not a hikikomori either - I don't suppose that there are many 'true' hikikimoris around, at least not in western cultures where such behaviour is seen as something terrible and shameful. Anyway, welcome to HF. Also, welcome to the other new users who posted in this thread - I look forward to getting to know you all better
