Hey Zephy. I think it's great that you are trying to get better. I hope this forum can benefit you. Jogging at night might not seem like much but if you do a little more each time eventually you'll break down your inhibitions and be able to function well without them. I'm jealous you jog, I try to and the end of the street defeats me.

@Chair: For quite a while? I just found the board today... Sometimes i post only after weeks or months... So that was quite fast for me ^^'
I never really saw a point in going out from some time in middle school on, but I still had to attend. Once I was done with that it took about a year till I moved out to get a job for ~3 years and hardly ever went out or even left the room unless absolutely not avoidable during that year(which was rare)~ Afterward having an own flat and a job was refreshing for a while, but in the end I couldn't handle it anymore ("I don't fit in, I can't stand them, I need to be alone, I can't do this *now*, I don't want to go/be there, I need to escape") so i threw it away and started working from home a bit... So back to isolation since the end of last year till now and from now at this rate. It's not like I generally want to go anywhere in particular, I hate being afk since I feel( and am) useless when away from my comp, but I'm really getting sick of being entirely alone all the time.

Jogging is just a matter of trying more and more... Try running a bit and if you can't anymore just walk a little, then try again a little further next time and things will eventually start working out (another plus of trying this at night is that you don't have to feel like people are looking laughing and pointing at you for stopping or whatever, If you feel like that too^^;) Also the right music helps so much *_* Oh, and so do energy drinks XD

I only really drink water, but I'll try the other things you suggest... I think I'll go for a run right now in fact. I shan't improve without doing after all; but, if I choke on phlegm it's your fault! ^^

Please don't welcome me. Had social problems since i was kid, been 10 years totally recluse, trying to get a job like i did few times in past, proudly i say i work as software developper, but this sick toward the social i have, gives me so much troubles that it's hard to keep a job, not because i do it wrong, i do it pretty good most of the times, but because peoples don't want introverse workers. I wonder if i wanted to work as sale man what could happen.
