Firefox. I started using it 3 or 4 years ago and have never touched any other browser since. I feel faithful :smile2

Took the plunge. It's FF for me now.
Sorting through these add-ons is overwhelming.

I was a very early Firefox user because I like to use stuff before 99.999999999999999999999999999999% of the population does.

I downloaded PS CS5 "White Rabbit" within hours of being leaked to torrent sites, downloaded PS CS4 within a few minutes of being leaked, downloaded Google Chrome within an hour of being down-loadable, downloaded Windows 7 right when it became RTM, was an early Utorrent user (started using it when the majority of people used Azureus and realized right away that, unlike Azureus, it wasn't a bloated whore), and downloaded Ubuntu around the time of it's initial release.

Cs4 is crippled piece of junk in my experience. I'll look into CS5 later since there might be one or two useful things in it for me.

CS5 is a lot better but I'd wait until the full version is up for grabs. I'm simply using the pre-release version code-named "White Rabbit". It may be lacking features that the final release will have.

This is the actual splash-screen from the official pre-release build of Adobe Photoshop CS5:

Is it the convention to have a "white rabbit" edition each time or is it called something else? I notice the trial version of the full thing is out now since it's been RTM. I'll have a go soon.

I want a usable 'rotate canvas' function. I am also interested in the polygon warp I think it's called. Very useful for my kind of work. :)

I'm just the opposite. If I find something that works for me, I'll stick with it in
all my stubbornness and avoid trying anything new, almost out of spite.
It's a real negative in my life.

Google Chrome all the way. Firefox can't touch it in terms of speed.

Never used it, but I've known of it for years.

I don't bother using anything other than Firefox or Chrome as nothing has anything on those browsers. The closest competitors to them are Opera and Safari, but they're useless to me as they lack extension support.

I'm using Opera right now.

On a whim.

And I feel very dirty because I sort of like it. :unsure

Opera would be a kickass browser if it had extensions. Its lack of extensions support makes it useless to me.

I've been using Chrome a bit lately and like it for the most part. I might use it exclusively if there was a Noscript plugin for it.

I primarily use Firefox when I am on my regular computers.

However, on my netbook, which runs Jolicloud, I use Chrome... since the Firefox build for chrome is garbage. Plus Jolicloud is built around the idea of Chrome OS.

On my phone I use Dolphin-browser HD. It is a wonderful browser. It is almost Firefox for android. It cones with plugins and everything.

I like Chrome's speed, but hate its behavior and lack of customization options. I also tend to have problems with it crashing, while Firefox crashes maybe only once a month.

I think the main thing I prefer about Chrome is the fact that it starts up way quicker than Firefox. I hate how Firefox takes about four seconds to start up with all my addons installed. With no addons installed it starts up very quickly, but Firefox + no addons = not much better than Opera (actually, if I never used addons with Firefox, I'd perhaps switch to Opera).

I use Firefox for pretty much everything, but I do sometimes keep open a Chrome window to check in on my adsense and my old email.

Chrome seems quite a bit faster in general. I have it installed on another computer which is pretty old, and the difference makes the computer still actually function somewhat.

Firefox stutters for me all the time now. I read it's normally the browser restore point capture feature that normally causes this so I tried to increase the time interval it captures the restore point. It still stuttered at the same rate. Also after turning restore save off it still doesn't give me any luck.

I'm totally in love with Chrome now...

So smooth, so minimal, so fast. I love the new tab page, too. It starts pretty much instantly even with a ton of tabs up, loads pages faster than FF did, hasn't crashed or froze or given me any trouble. I love how fucking easy it is to create themes, too. I have a perfectly minimal Mass Effect theme that isn't garish, and it took all of about ten minutes to make.
